Strong apricot, a little citrus

The apricot flavor comes through pretty strong for me. There's also a note of citrus--maybe tangerine?

This was my second white tea from The Tea Spot, the first being the silver needle. Compared to silver needle, this is a bit livelier, less floral, and not quite as sweet. It's impossible to say which I like better. Both are amazing.

Monkey-picked no flavor

Disappointed - like drinking hot water. I now mix it with sencha, or gyruko or peach mango.

Using a bit more tea per serving with a longer steeping time may bring out more flavor. With white tea, use water that has cooled for 3 mins after boiling. Thank you for trying this tea!

Quality Issue

I've purchased quite a bit of this tea as a less expensive alternative to the white tea that is flower tips only. It was always a good mixture of tips and leaves. This last batch was almost 100% leaves.
