For example, natural almond flavor can come from the compound benzaldehyde found in almonds or other natural sources. Artificial almond flavor can be made by synthesizing that same compound in a lab, allowing us to replicate the taste without relying on almonds, which can be challenging to grow and put a strain on natural resources.

While the source of the ingredients might differ, the chemical compounds that make up the flavors are identical, whether they’re naturally extracted or synthetically made. We micro-blend in small batches using the freshest full-leaf teas and functional herbs. Many of our teas have won awards, and we never compromise on quality. Our pyramid sachets are packed in Broomfield, Colorado, using the same whole leaf teas that we sell in loose leaf form.

Tea cannot be returned as it is a food product. For unopened / unused Steepware, we offer store credit, minus the cost of return shipping, within 30 days of your delivery date. If you received an incorrect or damaged item, please call or email us within 30 days of your delivery date so we can correct the problem immediately!
