We offer product returns and store credit within the first 30 days.
We want every customer to be happy with their purchases from The Tea Spot. Please contact us if you are not 100% satisfied.
If you received an incorrect or damaged item, please call us or email us immediately so that we can correct the problem.
For unopened tea and Steepware, you may return items for a store credit or refund, minus processing fee and shipping cost, within 30 days of receiving your order.
For opened tea and Steepware that can't be resold, you will also incur a 25% disposal fee to cover the costs involved.
We do not offer exchanges or returns for ceramic or glass products broken upon use.
Product Exchange & Refund Procedure
1. Call us at (303) 444–8324 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org requesting return approval. Please include your name, order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.
For unopened tea or Steepware, specify how you'd like to proceed: A) merchandise credit to theteaspot.com via a Gift Card, minus return shipping charges, or B) refund back to your original payment method minus return shipping charges and 10% processing fee.
For opened tea or used Steepware, specify how you'd like to proceed: C) merchandise credit to theteaspot.com via a Gift Card, minus return shipping charges and a 25% disposal fee, or D) refund back to your original payment method minus return shipping charges, 10% processing fee, and 25% disposal fee.
2. Once your Return is approved, we will email you a shipping label to return the products to us. Please pack with care.
3. Once we have received the returned product in good condition, we'll proceed as requested: 1) Gift Card to theteaspot.com, 2) Refund back to your original payment method, minus return shipping charges and 10% processing fee.
Please note: Original and return shipping charges will not be refunded.
