Please let us know if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase so we can try to assist.
If you received an incorrect or damaged item, please call or email us within 30 days of your delivery date so we can correct the problem immediately.
For unopened Steepware, we can offer full store credit of any item, minus the cost of return shipping, within 30 days of your delivery date.
For Tea and Gifts, we can not accept any returns, as tea is a food product. We encourage buying tea samples before buying them in the larger bulk sizes.
We do not offer exchanges or returns for ceramic or glass products broken upon use.
Unopened Steepware Refund Procedure
1. Contact us at (303) 444–8324 or firstname.lastname@example.org requesting return approval. Please include your name, order number, unopened Steepware item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.
2. Once your Return is approved, we will email you a shipping label to return the products to us. Please pack with care.
3. Once we have received the returned product in good condition, we'll issue your Gift Card to theteaspot.com.
Please note: Original and return shipping charges will not be refunded.
