We want every customer to be happy with their purchases from The Tea Spot. Please contact us if you are not 100% satisfied.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to extra precautions and decreased staff during the COVID-19 pandemic, we are unable to accept returns at this time. Please reach out to directly with any questions.

Our Standard Policy: You may return items for a store credit or refund, minus processing fee, within 30 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges or returns for ceramic or glass products broken upon use. Please follow these instructions:

Product Exchange & Refund Procedure

1. Call us at (303)444–8324 or email us at requesting return approval. Please include your name, order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return. Specify how you'd like to proceed: A) full merchandise credit to via a Gift Card, minus return shipping charges, or B) refund back to your original payment method minus return shipping charges and a 10% processing fee.

2. Once your Return is approved, we will email you a shipping label to return the products to us. Please pack with care.

3. Once we have received the returned product in good condition, we'll proceed as requested: 1) Gift Card to, 2) Refund back to your original payment method, minus return shipping charges and a 10% processing fee.

Please note: Original and return shipping charges will not be refunded.
