Disappointed!

I purchased this on March 12 and have used it every day since. At first it held up with no separation between the basket and the bottom which I didn't think was removable. Than one day the bottom came off. So I thought I was mistaken and it was removable. But since the bottom started coming off it doesn't always hold on anymore and sometimes when I pull the filter up out of the cup the bottom falls off dumping all the filtered tea into the cup which makes a big mess.

To tell you the truth I am not sure the bottom was meant to be removable or not, but for the price of this filter I am not happy with the mess it is now making more often than not.

You are correct, the bottom part is supposed to stay intact and isn't removable. I've created the replacement order for your stainless steel filter basket, so you may have already received an email stating your replacement order is processing. Easy to clean

Smooth stainless steel very easy to clean. Does not fit in some of the smaller coffee/tea cups but that’s OK because I prefer a larger cup. I also purchased the tuffy steeper collapsible style and that fits very well in any size cup.
