Going Strong after 7½ Years

I bought my Steepware Urban Tea Tumbler in August 2016, and am I VERY heavy loose leaf tea drinker. This bottle has withstood use of 4-5 days a week for 7½ years and is still going strong! Work, hiking, out shopping, rolling around bookbag, just my day-to-day... It's held up great! If you take good care of it ( I mean come on, it IS glass... Just be careful) and hand wash it after every use, it'll last incredibly long. At this point, I need to buy a new O-ring for the lid, which is easily replaceable. And the elastic on the cork sleeve has loosened up after all this time, but remains functional!
I recommend this bottle to everyone who asks about it, and will continue to use it everyday!

Great for batch tea!

I bought this tumbler from a local retailer and immediately fell in love with its utility. Since I have very limited cabinet and kitchen space, the tea tumbler makes it very easy for me to brew a large batch for myself or to share with others. It's great for on-the-go, and though it doesn't stay as piping hot as other tea tumblers, it stays pretty warm for about an hour and a half.

I will say that I had the same problem as other reviewers with keeping the bottom of my tumbler closed without it sealing shut. However, I reached out to customer service (who are great btw!) and they suggested to make sure the bottom is completely dry before putting it on the glass. Not sure why, but so far this has worked for me! I've been using it for the past few weeks without any problems.

I definitely recommend this tea tumbler to anyone who likes to mix their own tea blends. It's a great portable tool and it helps keep the mess out of my very cramped kitchen!

While the tumbler is very pretty and allows you to steep your tea, there are a couple of big issues. It doesn’t keep your tea warm and it is very difficult to unscrew the base where the infuser is attached. I’ve only had the tumbler for a few days and myself and my family have tried pretty much everything to unscrew the base with no success. So I’m stuck with old tea in the infuser and am unable to use the tumbler at all. Disappointed.

Have used this tumbler for years!

I absolutely love this Tumbler! I have used it for many years at work, and now retired, find it just as convenient to take with me on the go. Loved it while it lasted

I loved this cute bottle, and the infuser and ability to clean from the top and bottom was convenient. I got it from a tea shop I liked that went out of business. Today, it tipped over and had giant cracks in it. Not very durable. :(
