If you’re gonna do an iced tea you can either you know brew tea hot and put it in the fridge or you can put loose tea we have these pitchers here this one’s from Permula and Tea Spot. That one’s kind of an on-the-go version. You put the loose leaf tea in there and cold water and you just cold brew it. But you do, you’re right you want to drink it within 24 hours.

I have one with a difference insert but they said tea was good for four days and it is still ok.
