What’s lovely about this recipe, like all sangrias, is that it’s completely customizable. You can use whatever fruits you love, or are in season.
Yield: Four 5-6 oz servings
For 32 oz mason jar:
2 TBS Immunity loose leaf herbal tea
1 TBS Hibiscus loose leaf herbal tea
1/4 cup raspberries, lightly mashed
1 small or 1/2 medium lime, thinly sliced
1/4 apple, cored and sliced (any kind)
1/4 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
2 tsp lemon juice
2 TBS orange juice
32 oz wide-mouth Mason jar
Place first 2 ingredients (the herbal teas) in 32 oz mason jar.
Add 8 oz (1 cup) water at boiling point. Do not cover or handle the hot jar!
Wait 5 minutes, then add 16 oz freshly drawn cold water from the tap.
Add remaining ingredients and top off with fresh, cool water. Stir to mix well.
Screw on Craft Cold Brew Filter.
Let infuse for at least an hour, either at ambient temperature or in fridge.
Serve well chilled, or over ice
