Returns Policy:

Tea Products: Tea cannot be returned as it is a food product. We recommend trying smaller sample sizes to ensure satisfaction before committing to larger bulk sizes.
Steepware Returns: For unopened/unused Steepware, we offer store credit (minus the cost of return shipping) within 30 days of your delivery date.
Incorrect or Damaged Items: If you received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us via call or email within 30 days of your delivery date, and we will rectify the problem immediately!

It's a good practice to not fill them all the way to the top, as this allows for a more comfortable and safer grip, especially when the tea is hot!! Great Tea Cups

Love these cups, they look and feel like they should cost way more.

Seaglass tea cups

My cups arrived in perfect condition and were packed well. I used my cups and even washed the cups in the dishwasher before buying the matching teapot. I'm happy with my purchase, and would buy from this the tea spot again.

Who knew

I, like most avid tea drinkers have my favorite teacups. I thought I would give these cups a try so I purchased the smaller sea glass teapot and 2 of the cups. These cups are lovely. I love the white interior and the satin finish of the exterior. The size is perfect. I fill the pot, which makes three to four cups. The cup is such a size that the tea stays very warm and doesn't get a chance to cool before finishing it. Keeping the pot under a cozy ensures I get several cups of hot tea during my morning routine. I purchased the larger teapot and four cups as a gift for a friend and she LOVES it. I would definitely recommend these teacups.
