My coffee replacement

I have been drinking this for years now. I love it first thing in the morning and drink a whole extra large tumbler full. It's bold enough to replace my coffee and when I am traveling and don't bring my tea with me I really crave it. I brew it extra long (maybe 15 min) and drink it without sugar or milk.

needs TLC but worth it

!!! You have to be conscious of the components of this tea. I've experimented at found straight boiling at 212 and even the recommended 203 doesn't work. Yerba mate generally brews nice and herbal at 195F. But if you go above that the pu'erh is going to overpower the rest of the ingredients. The pu'erh is strong in this anyways. There's a good amount of fennel and vanilla here. Sometimes I mix with the Tumeric Tonic for more kick. It's a nice, smooth tea otherwise, no sweetener or cream needed. Certainly different from the usual heavy chai.

I ordered the sample just to try it out... what a huge mistake! I Should have ordered a pound!!! This tea was so amazing the sample didn't even last 24 hours :) Huge hit at the office! Has a nice flavor and almost nutmeggy smell :) SO GOOD!!!!

I've been ordering htis tea for nearly a decade

I love this tea. I've been drinking it for nearly a decade and it's one of my go to teas.

There was some issues of availability so I order more as soon as it became available and what I got was not "Climber's High"; what I got was an absolute travesty that has no depth or chai flavor to it at all. They have ruined this tea and I'm devastated.
