How to Order
Custom Steepware orders are taken twice a year, around April 29th for a mid-September arrival. Custom Steepware orders will be delivered approximately 4 months after being ordered. Customers are required to approve a digital proof. To place an order, please email us at sales@theteaspot.com. Please note that we will need your artwork (in the form of a high-resolution vector file), 50% deposit, and completed order form to place your custom order. The final 50% will be due when the product is ready to ship.
