- Restaurants, cafés, and tasting rooms adding a curated tea program alongside coffee or wine

- Gift basket companies and curated retailers sourcing branded tea as part of their assortments
- Emerging beverage, wellness, and lifestyle brands ready to enter tea without building a blending operation from scratch
What we make
Custom tea blends as bulk loose leaf tea, formulated to your intention with whole leaves, herbs, spices, and natural flowers.
Pyramid tea bags (also called pyramid sachets) produced on our Fuso International automated sachet line, available naked or individually overwrapped. Whole leaf and herbal blends only, never dust or fannings.
Retail-ready co-packing for naked and wrapped sachets, packed into your finished retail packaging.
A note on what's not on the menu: we don't co-pack bulk loose leaf into retail packaging like tins or pouches. If you want loose leaf in retail bags, tins, or cartons, we'll ship you bulk tea and you'll handle packaging on your end.
Why launch a private label tea line?
Tea margins regularly run twice as high as coffee margins, and demand for premium tea, herbal blends, functional teas, and real fruit infusions keeps growing. Private label is the fastest way in: you skip the R&D investment, sourcing relationships, and production lead times of building a tea operation from scratch, and your brand goes to market with a finished product.
Loose leaf and whole leaf pyramid tea bags also read as premium to consumers in a way that mass-market tea bags filled with dust and fannings don't, which supports stronger pricing at the shelf.
Two paths to private label tea
Use one of our existing tea blends
The fastest route. Choose from our catalog of award-winning whole leaf teas and herbal blends, including matcha, black, green, white, oolong, pu'er, and caffeine-free herbal options, and we'll co-pack them into pyramid tea bags under your brand. Sachet programs start at 12,000 units per SKU.
Develop a custom tea blend
We design a tea blend to your intention, whether that's a specific flavor profile, a functional ingredient set, or a brand story you want expressed in the cup. Available as bulk loose leaf (250 lb minimum per blend) or as pyramid tea sachets, sized for commercial-scale launches.
We'll walk you through pricing, exact minimums, and the right format for your program during your intro call.
A few things to know
We're an allergen-controlled facility. We don't run tree nuts, coconut, cayenne, coffee, or gluten-containing ingredients. Liquid flavorings are capped at 8% of the blend by weight, and powders like turmeric and matcha at 1%.
We can help with certification. Our facility is already certified for USDA NOP Organic and Kosher, and we can help facilitate certification for your custom tea blend when all ingredients qualify.
We're a partnership, not a contract packer. You get the benefit of twenty years of specialty tea wins alongside your production run, plus access to our blending team and sourcing network.
