The tea trees are a Camellia sinensis assamica cultivar, grown at an altitude of 4000 meters. Then the tea is hand-picked and expertly rolled from 30 premium quality leaves and fresh succulent buds into a large pearl-like shape before the leaves dry. The resulting large pearls unfurl to dramatic proportions while steeping, revealing aromatic earthy tones of caramelized sugar with undertones of chocolate. Great tea

I live in Texas so iced tea is pretty much the standard here. I like to make a pitcher of this tea with fresh cut mint. Pour it over ice and it's fantastic. You might think it's a little pricey but these balls can be brewed multiple times without sacrificing strength.

Perfect for busy mornings

What can I say other than I love these little guys. So easy and convenient to drop a few into a mug and pour in the water. I just leave them in as I drink it as well. The large leafs stay at the bottom and don’t mix in easily which is nice. The flavor is perfect with a full body and nice earthy tones. It’s easy to add or subtract out a little ball if you want more or less flavor. Again perfect for a busy morning when you don’t have much time.

Good Afternoon Tea

I wasn't sure with the Cocoa Notes but when I read other reviews I decided to try this. It was a nice surprise. Very Mild so great for an afternoon tea. If you take cream in your tea as I do, wait before adding. With this tea I don't use it as I have noticed with other reviewers. Great heads up to them. I prefer Russian Caravan to wake me up in the mornings but love this for a nice afternoon/evening tea.
