And our Boulder Blues certainly is that – a beautiful light lime green infusion comes from its leaves of handblended Japanese Sencha and Chinese Dragonwell, wild strawberry and rhubarb flavors. But all green teas are far from uniform in their infusion color, or liquor. I so enjoy reading the descriptions of different green teas and their colors: jade, emerald, celadon, lime, pale green, vibrant light green, pale yellow, golden yellow, intense – almost neon.
