  • Processing Time: Orders are shipped from our warehouse within 1-4 business days, Monday–Friday, after payment and delivery address verification.

Returns Policy:

  • Tea Products: Tea cannot be returned as it is a food product. We recommend trying smaller sample sizes to ensure satisfaction before committing to larger bulk sizes.
  • Steepware Returns: For unopened/unused Steepware, we offer store credit (minus the cost of return shipping) within 30 days of your delivery date.
  • Incorrect or Damaged Items: If you received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us via call or email within 30 days of your delivery date, and we will rectify the problem immediately!

Pour a glass of juicy Mango Tango. Cool off with grassy-sweet Boulder Blues, lean into fragrant Jasmine Petals, or keep it classic with bright, amber Nilgiri Black.

Twenty XL pouches in all, each one brewing a full half gallon by quick steep or overnight cold brew. That's roughly ten gallons of fresh-brewed iced tea, ready whenever the craving (or the heat) hits. Easy peasy, lemon squeezy.

QUICK CONCENTRATE INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Steep one tea bag in 16 oz. of hot water for 2–5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove and squeeze the tea bag. (Use 175ºF for green teas, 212ºF for black and herbal.)

  • Add cold water to reach 1/2 gallon (2 quarts or 64 oz.) and serve over ice.

COLD BREW INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Steep 1 bag for 6–10 hours in 1/2 gallon (2 quarts or 64 oz.) of cool water. Remove bag.

  • Serve over ice.
